SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes, you can have your order delivered to a Packstation. 

In this case, it is particularly important that your personal postal number is filled in under “Additional Address” and also that the packstation number is filled in under “Street/Address No.”.

Please do not include the word "Postal number", otherwise the address information may be too long.

Without these details, a delivery to a Packstation will not be possible.

  • within Germany: For the delivery we charge a shipping fee of 2,95€ (free shipping from 60€)
  • Outside Germany: For each delivery located outside Germany we charge a shipping fee of 4,95€

If you are interested in ordering a board (within Germany), feel free to send us a message via our contact form. We will be happy to give you more information regarding shipping costs.

We ship our packages with DHL / DPD within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. 
All other countries are shipped with Shipcloud.

As soon as your package has been handed over to the parcel service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, in which you will find the tracking number. With this number, you can check the status of your order, directly on the website of the parcel service provider, or in your Planet Sports customer account.

For all information regarding your order, we would advise you to use the tracking number from the responsible parcel service provider and check the status directly on their website or in your Planet Sports customer account.

GERMANY & SWITZERLAND:
​​If you are not at home - don't worry! The DHL courier will leave a pick-up card in your mailbox, with which you can pick up your Planet Sports package at the responsible post office. If it’s a cash on delivery order, you can also pay there.

GIFT VOUCHERS

In the checkout process you have the possibility to enter a voucher code. Enter your code in the corresponding field and click on submit.

Important to remember: Before submitting your order, please make sure that the voucher has actually been redeemed and that the value of the voucher has been dedu cted from your invoice. Vouchers can only be redeemed du ring the checkout process. Unfortunately, it is not possible to dedu ct or refund the value after you made your purchase.

Please note that it is not possible to combine vouchers. For example, you cannot use a voucher code (PLANET20) when buying a gift voucher. Discount codes are also not applicable when redeeming gift vouchers.

The validity of a promotional code can always be clearly communicated in combination with a certain promotion. For example, in a certain newsletter or certain cocial media posts.

Our purchase vouchers have no expiry date.

A promotional code, also known as a discount code, is linked to conditions such as minimum purchase value and/or expiry date.

A purchase voucher is purchased in our online shop and corresponds to the respective purchase value of your order. Furthermore, purchase voucher don’t have an expiry date.

Please note: Vouchers are excluded from returns and payment (except for the legal right of withdrawal for purchase vouchers)! The shipping of vouchers to Germany and Austria is free of shipping costs. Please also note that it is not possible to combine a promotional code with a purchase voucher. Only one code at a time can be redeemed.

If the return of your goods falls below the minimum purchase value of a discount code, the savings from the code will be removed. In the case of purchase vouchers, we will send you a new voucher on request. If necessary, we will refund the remaining amount of the voucher.

RETURN & COMPLAINT

You can return the items within 30 days and get a refund.

In all our orders, you will find a return label which you can use to return the order or certain items. This label is still provided with each delivery for free return shipping. If you do not have a return label in your order, feel free to contact our customer service. Place the return label on your package. If possible, please reuse the packaging you received from us. If not, make sure that the items are safely packed.

2. unsubscribe via your customer account:
If you have not yet received a Planet Sports newsletter, you can still unsubscribe at any time.
