Shipping costs

No shipping costs on all orders within Germany and Austria of 40 € or more!

No additional postage and packaging costs at Planet Sports for all orders of 40 € or more within Germany and Austria. If the order value is under 40 € we merely charge you 3.90 € for postage and packaging.

Our COD charge amounts to 3.50 € (which we will invoice). Additionally, there is a delivery charge of 2 € that must be paid directly to our delivery partner DHL. Hence, the total COD costs amount to 5.50 €.

Please note that COD as payment method is only accepted for orders within Germany.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties that may arise for shipments outside the EU. The amounts of the customs duties depend on the content of the parcel viz. they depend on the merchandise value and do vary respectively.

A delivery within Germany -usually via DHL- takes 1 to 3 working days. International shipping might take 3 to 7 working days (weekends and holidays excluded).
